Napos Domb Tyúkjai

This is the pasture flock of Remeny Farm: hens that live outdoors in a mobile coop, towed to fresh grass again and again, so the flock always has new ground to scratch, fresh plants to forage, and clean pasture underfoot. The coop travels; the community stays. Every hen here is known by her serial ring, many carry a name given by their patron, and the day's eggs are collected, counted, and credited each morning. The group is just getting started as a community. Its patrons are choosing a name, a flag, and a slogan in the founding season - the first decisions of many. Improvements to the coop and the pasture are proposed and voted on here, and what gets decided is documented as it becomes real, with photos from the field. If you want a say in how this flock lives, patronage is the way in: every patron's voice is weighted by the hens they support.
